Some items come in different colors. How do I choose the colors I want?
Each item is listed individually with it's on item number, description and color. To select a certain color, just choose the item number it is listed with.
What is your method of shipping?
All orders purchased directly from our website are shipped via UPS and in the United States only. We do however ship worldwideand will do our best to accomodate each customers preferred method of shipment, whether Domestic or International. To have an item shipped by another method other than UPS or for an International shipment, simply e-mail us at Dufflebagsonline.com@gmail. com or call (803) 437-2840 with your order and choice of shipper. We'll get right back to you quickly with a total price with shipping included. Then, all you have to do is let us know if everything looks okay and what method of payment you would like to use.

How long does shipping take?
Regular UPS Ground Service usually takes 3-5 business days. However if you need an item faster, you can receive NextDay or 2nd day delivery. Please call for faster delivery or be sure to select the method you prefer when placing your order online. Estimated arrival times for shippers other than UPS will be determined and sent along with order verifications.
After ordering, how long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders are processed within 24 hours and arrive to customers within 3- 5 days.
If I am not satisfied with a purchase can I return it?
We will accept returns on any merchandise that does not satisfy you that is sent within the United States. Due to time limitations on returns and the shipping costs involved, we are unable to accept returns from outside the United States. Please reference our Claims and Returns policy under Policies.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
We will be happy to ship to Post Office Boxes when your merhcandise is sent by the U.S. Postal Service. (Contact us at Dufflebagsonline.com@gmail.com for this shipping service or others. See Shipping for more information.)
For orders done directly through our website we must have a physical address since our method of shipment for these orders is UPS.
