Shipping:
We ship all orders via UPS unless other arrangements have been made with our customers.
 
Claims & Returns:
Only merchandise shipped within the United States can be returned. We apologize to our International customers for this but due to time limitations for returns and shipping costs we are unable to accept returns from outside the U.S. We do however work diligently to make sure that the merchandise you receive is defect free. No returns will be accepted without our authorization number. All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of order. Defective merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt of order. We cannot accept return goods that have been soiled in any way or contain price stickers, tags, or markings. Other returns will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Any return of merchandise not ours will be returned freight collect.
